My SAMi isn’t working. How do I get a replacement after the 45 day return window?

If your SAMi requires replacement, please contact our customer support team by filling out our contact form.

Please choose Technical Support under "Reason For Contacting Us".

Provide as much detail as you can regarding the problem you're experiencing as well as any steps you've taken to try to fix SAMi. In many cases, SAMi can be easily fixed with some basic troubleshooting. 

If your SAMi has failed within the 1-year warranty period, we will send you a replacement if we can not resolve your issue.
