Kit and SAMi Router Owners:
- Check that the Apple Device Wi-Fi setting is set to SAMi-5G
- If the right network is selected..
- Unplug both the router and camera.
- Wait a few seconds then plug the router back in first.
- Wait until the router’s power and Wi-Fi lights are on. Then plug in the camera.
- The camera power light will initially be red, but within around 2 minutes it should change to green.
- If it does not turn green, use an opened paperclip to depress the recessed "reset" button on the lower right side of the camera for 2-3 seconds. Watch for the power light to go off, then turn red, then turn green (again typically within 2 minutes).
- Once the power light is green start the SAMi3 app again.
- If your camera light is still red, and you don't already have an open conversation going with our customer support team, please us through this form (if you have already filled this out, no need to submit again!)
