My SAMi Camera keeps disconnecting

If your SAMi Camera is disconnecting, try resetting your SAMi camera following these steps based on the bundle you purchased:

SAMi Camera Only 

If you purchased only the SAMi Camera and you are using yoru own Apple device and home WiFi, follow the reset instructions located at the TOP of this article: https://hipass.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/19088914790285-How-to-reset-your-SAMi-Camera

SAMi Router or Complete Kits

If you purchased a SAMi Router Kit or SAMi Complete Kit and you are having disconnection issues with your SAMi Router, follow the steps at the bottom of this article titled "How to reset your SAMi Camera and pair it with your SAMi Router - (Router Kit & SAMi Complete Kit Owners)".

IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE AN ETHERNET CORD TO RESET/PAIR YOUR CAMERA WITH A SAMI ROUTER!
